Shipping

We aim to provide as wide a variety of shipping options as possible. These vary by region. See below for the region that relates to you. 

Any delays with international customs are outside of our control and please allow 3 days after any stated delivery time before contacting us regarding your order. 

We offer two types of postage to USA & Rest of the World. Shipped via USPS Priority with tracking.

USA: 3-5 business days* 

Everywhere Else: 7-10 business days* 

* Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. 

How we manage and calculate your postage: 

We aim to dispatch any order placed before 4:20PM (PST) Monday to Friday the same day except holidays (and weekends). Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Monday. To make it easy for you to see the amount of shipping you will pay the site automatically calculates it for you in the shopping cart before you complete your order, however we have supplied the following information so you can see, in advance, how we calculate handling and shipping. We take the entire weight of your basket and return the appropriate flat-rate cost.
